Message from Joe The month of May is when springtime finally begins to really blossom. A feeling of freedom washes in with warm rains, pleasant breezes and fresh frequencies of sun-soaked gardens that lift your spirit. May is the month of new life, new loves and new dreams. The time of Pentecost, the ascension, miracles of enlightened minds, many different tongues spoken, world languages heard with understanding. It is a time of year when the gray days pass and song birds paint the air with brilliant music. May is the month of moms, for it brings Mother's Day. A day that always pauses my hurry, allowing my memories of good days and tough days of past years. A time of reflection and gratitude for joys and painful lessons which continue to sculpt me to become complete. It is through these grateful thoughts of cherished times that I can honestly say I am blessed that all of you continue to shape and challenge and enrich my soul as the years go on. You are the light that guides my purpose. Each and every one of you who show compassion, reach for understanding, struggle through the ups and downs of life with courage, those of you who humbly ask for help, seek new teaching and better paths for living. You are the nature, the flowers, the strong trees and open pastures for tomorrow's peace. I, for one, am grateful for your efforts! This month put the cold days behind you. Let the grays of winter's stillness fall behind. Come alive, blossom, try something you've always wanted to. Get out and breath the wind, walk or roll tall and immerse yourself in the vast possibilities. Manifest your highest and best life, love somebody, help someone, move with grace. Celebrate music and dance as if you finally were handed the ribbon of the may pole and are invited to let go and grab the season, embrace the moment and smile for the heart and soul of love itself! Joe's Spiritual Suggestion:Find a quiet spot, preferably outdoors or near a window where you can see the movement of life, of things outside in the world. Take a moment and breathe gently, pulling your breath in through your nose ever so slowly, filling your lungs while thinking of wondrous things, Think of things like warm loving people, cool places or moments you would love to experience, then hold the breath for a moment and dwell in the thought. As your need to exhale begins to impress upon you, begin to exhale slowly through pursed lips - like you are kissing, and at the same time exhale any doubts, obstacles, objections to your manifested peace. Grab the things that trouble you or cause you fear, anger or resentment and exhale them into the floor, into the earth. Mother earth can use the fertilizer. These doubts of your own worthiness are false anchors, the unnecessary self that freeze your joy like the storms of winter. This is a new spring. Breathe the Holy breath of life in and melt the ice of fears so you MAY paint a new colorful world ahead. Peace. Joe© 2019-2020 Joseph P. Shiel III Categories
