Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policies
Private Readings:
Phone Readings
In order to guarantee your appointment, payment must be made no later than 1 week before your appointment by Credit / Debit Card using the PayPal service on this website. (You do not need a PayPal account to use this service). Sessions that remain unpaid 1 week before the appointment will be made available to others waiting to speak to me.
In-Person Readings
In order to guarantee your appointment, your session must be properly secured no later than 1 week before your appointment by using one of the payment options listed below. Sessions that remain unsecured 1 week before the date of the appointment will be made available to others waiting to speak with me.

- Prepay by Credit / Debit Card using the PayPal service on my website. (You do not need a PayPal account to use this service).
- Prepay by Check or Money Order - Must reach my office no later than 1 week before your appointment.
- Payment at the time of your session – Your appointment must first be reserved with a valid credit card no later than 1 week prior to your appointment. You may then pay by Cash OR have the charge applied to your card at the time of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 1 week prior to your appointment.
- In the event I need to cancel your appointment, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule OR if you prefer, I will issue you a full refund of any payments you have made.
- No refunds are offered for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
- Missed appointments are subject to full payment.
