Whether you are in the early stages of your development or you are already a practicing medium, this versatile program is designed to help you achieve your highest potential and reveal richer, more connected spiritual experiences in your work.

Students accepted into this program will benefit greatly from the value of decades of experience of a truly caring and compassionate teacher who has dedicated himself to be there to assist you every step of the way giving individual, professional guidance and attention that the unfoldment of your gifts deserve and whose aim and mission is your continued advancement and success throughout your career.

Students who successfully complete this program are poised to master not only the alignment of their own being with the nature of true service to others and to those who have gone before us, they will also be prepared to enter into more advanced and focused areas of expertise and other progressive programs covering all aspects of life as a professional medium.​

This versatile program is uniquely developed to offer a superior curriculum and the professional guidance that only comes from a lifetime’s experience and combines two components that I believe are essential for any medium whose aim is to embrace the long-term unfoldment of their gifts.

COACHING:  
The task oriented component which focuses on the tools and techniques that you will need to hone your talents. 

MENTORING: 
​Is the cultivation of the long-term relationship, fostered between myself and each of my students as they progress through the program. 
 
The focus of mentoring goes beyond the specific learning tasks and goals, to provide a secure environment in which mentees can share deeper personal and professional concerns that might arise to influence their professional achievement. 

​Mentoring DOES NOT end with the completion of this two-year program.  It is a lifetime commitment that I make to you as my student, to be there to answer questions and provide guidance whenever you encounter situations or obstacles that may be hindering your progress throughout your career.

IN-PERSON INSTRUCTION:  Group gathering empowerment weekends consisting of three (3) days of concentrated instruction two times per year.

ONLINE INSTRUCTION: Monthly Classes/ Group meetings:  Zoom Video Lectures, Exercises & Assignments
 
ONE-ON-ONE TIME:  Open access to Joe to discuss your progress via telephone or Zoom

Homework and individualized projects 

Periodic performance & Spiritual assessments are available to all students

YEARLY RETREAT:  As an additional benefit of the program all current and former alumni are encouraged to gather once a year to enjoy the camaraderie and support of a growing community of like-minded individuals who share a common goal of excellence and integrity in their work as mediums and healers.  This networking experience is also an opportunity to hear from other professional mediums and researchers who are invited to share their insights and expertise.​​

PRE-REQUISITE: 
It is recommended that you have an intermediate understanding of Psychic & Mediumship work before entering this program.  That means that you should have taken a beginners class in Psychic & Mediumship development at a minimum. 

​TRAVEL: 
You MUST be able to travel at least two times per year for our in-person 3-day weekend intensive seminars.  Seminars are currently held in the Western NY area (about 40 miles south of Buffalo). 

INTERNET ACCESS & TECHNOLOGY:  
You must be able to reliably access the internet and have familiarity with the technology required to successfully participate in monthly online classes via Zoom with both video and audio capabilities.  You should also have the ability to scan and submit homework assignments via email. 

FACEBOOK ACCOUNT: 
In addition to Email, we use private Facebook groups for the purpose of receiving regular assignments, exercises and tasks as well as staying in touch with and exchanging ideas with fellow classmates.  All content posted on Facebook is private and seen only by your mentoring group.

SCHOOL ACCOUNT:
Videos of Monthly Online Classes will be uploaded to our School Site at Joseph Shiel Arts Institute.  In order to access program videos, a free school account is required.
